Hello and welcome I'm Barbara Cross, I am a fully qualified DBS registered Cognitive Hypnotherapist.
I help people overcome a wide range of everyday issues such as fear of flying, fear of creepy crawlies, anxiety regarding a number of areas including exams, sport tournaments, public speaking, together with issues of depression, PTSD, OCD and many other areas.
Often a lot of these issues are based on unconscious behaviour and working with me a more beneficial behaviour can be developed.

I encourage client communication between each session as I find it enhances client awareness, active participation and progress.
With each individual client, I create a bespoke treatment plan, including audio downloads within a therapeutic framework.
Our minds hold unconscious behaviour patterns which relay fears, instincts, what drives us, phobias, anxieties amongst other things. All behaviours have a positive intention but sometimes these unconscious behaviours stop being beneficial.
A common unconscious behaviour is being frightened of spiders. How many of us still squeal or flinch when we see one! You probably don’t know exactly why you are afraid of them and why you keep reacting the way you do - but this is just an example of an unconscious behaviour.
Working together unconscious behaviours can be overcome.

I offer 1 to 1 sessions both in Wiltshire and over the internet utilising ZOOM. Each session is 55 minutes and costs £80.
A package of 4 sessions is £300.
